Range Use Agreement

LASC has developed a Range Use Agreement for individuals who want to rent range facilities for classes, particuliar for-profit activities. The purpose of the Range Use Agreement is to to set forth the agreement of the parties pertaining to the safe use and scheduling of the LASC range facilities. The Range Use Agreement must be approved prior to the conduct of any courses.
Individual interested in obtaining an approved Range Use Agreement must do the following:
- Provide and maintain current instructor qualificaitons
- Sign the Range Use Agreement
- Attend LASC Safety Training
- Read the LASC Safety Handbook
- Provide and maintain current first aid and CPR certifications
- Maintain an $1,000,000 insurance policy that provides professional liability coverage in addition to general liability.
- Agree to use the LASC Release, Wavier, Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Assumption of Risk Agreement with all students involved in any training activity.
