I'm a long time bullseye pistol and highpower rifle competitor, but I have neglected shotgun for my entire life. I'm interested in learning. I see that there are regular trap and sporting clays practice on the club calendar. Can I show up to one of these and watch, and maybe shoot? My only shotgun is a Maverick 88. Would that be acceptable for a first try?
